E-BUCKS - FROZEN - NO Assistance from FNB

E-BUCKS - please update and continue my E-bucks. I had e-bucks for many years but over the past 3 months it had got frozen. Numerous mails & calls made but NO help. I have many accounts with FNB over many years. Should I change my Bank?
