E-Bucks Earn Rules Changed Again in Oct!

Having been on E-Bucks Rewards Level 5 since the rule changes in July (and prior as well), I noticed that I dropped to Level 4 with the latest E-Bucks points calculation. As a person who ensures my behaviour equates to maintaining Level 5, I noticed that a behaviour that I conducted monthly now no longer qualifies for the 500 points (this is exactly the number of points I required to maintain Level 5). Specifically, when calling the E-Bucks contact centre to enquire, I was advised that growing my FNB ISLAMIC BANKING investment by min R5,000 on monthly basis no longer qualifies for the rewards points. May I request clarification on the details surrounding this, as I received NO COMMUNICATION about this change at all. Clearly, I wrong to assume that E-Bucks rule changes only occur in July annually.

I have also contacted my Private Banker, but have not received feedback from him yet.
