E-Bucks Business card.

I have been trying for months to get an e-bucks card for my business.

First they locked the e-bucks account after I queried a transaction on my current account but they did not put a hold on the current account. Then I had to go into a branch to verify myself and supply fingerprints in order to get it unlocked. Then they told me they don't have cards and I will have to apply in March (a month later)

I now tried to apply again and it keeps on giving me an Error ID: 500600 in the final step.

It is now 4 months later and I am still not anywhere near getting a card.

This is really shocking.
