E-bucks and in store cash withdrawal...

So the goalposts with e-bucks keep shifting - I dropped from level 5 to 4 - I now have to limit my cash withdrawals at FNB ATM's and use the till facilities at Checkers/Pick&Pay or Spar - The problem is that there is not any info on the FNB website about what stores you can actually use and the feedback from FNB clients on social media about the actual process is not very positive - I think FNB should reconsider this option - Why should FNB clients get penalized for withdrawing cash from a FNB ATM??? The in store option is really not up to scratch and not keeping with the FNB service standard and is actually a step backwards.
