E bucks a ****?

Today it happened again where I try to redeem my Wimpy food voucher from FNB E Bucks, it was again unsuccessful and have to pay out of my pocket, although the app show that my latest voucher is redeemable, it didn't work, the error message like the last time" service temporarily unavailable, please try again later". All I ask is to be reimbursed for the meal.
