E bucks
I opened an fnb account 4 years ago and was not linked to their rewards program and the reason for me to open the t account was to benefit from e bucks which I have not yet even benefited and nobody have contacted me or apologised about their error. I went to the branch and they told me that they can not link me to e bucks because I don't have the card that they gave me when I initially opened the account
