e-bucks

I ordered an item off the ebucks store. the wrong item was delivered. I logged a call and a lady responded saying they will collect the incorrect item and deliver the correct item. Inconveniently I had to return the item to my parents house that night as they were meant to collect on 26 Jan.

my parents waited in the whole of Friday and Monday for the collection, eventually on Tuesday I logged a call, and someone responded saying the replacement item was out of stock, but they would collect the incorrect item in the meantime. waiting at home another 4 days, nothing. Do you know how inconvenient this is?

Still waiting once again. To add to this report, when the second person contacted me, they said there was no record of the first person having contacted me to make arrangements to collect the order and deliver the correct item. The first person told me they would collect the item on Friday 26th (hence me making special arrangements at a huge inconvenience to get the order back to the original delivery address for collection) and deliver the correct order that day, and that someone would need to complete a waybill for the item's being return. How is there no record of this on your side? Subsequently, the week's delay in someone not responding to me resulted in the item apparently being out of stock, and the latest lady informing me it could take up to 2 months to get stock. If this issue was just resolved efficiently I wouldn't find myself in this situation. When can I expect someone to collect the incorrect order and deliver the correct order? Further to this, you have updated the item description on my order from a 7 piece set, to a 5 piece set?? Surely you can't change the master data of customers order like this to suit you?
