E-Bucks

E-BUCKS For the past year I have had many difficulties with FNB especially the E-Bucks department. Even though I am always on level 2 or higher I do not get my rewards like the weekly starbucks. Before downgrading from private clients to an Aspire account because of all the hassles I have been having with my FNB account and rewards my private banker had to call in weekly to get me my starbucks rewards. I was told that the reason for this mix up is because of an Private wealth account that is incorrectly showing on my profile but that this could only be rectified by 1 August 2023 because that is when E-Bucks starts their new financial year. Needless to say this did not happened as promised and i am still not receiving my rewards.
