(E-96) User Not permitted to use this process

Thanks for responding, the issue seems to have been resolved (thankfully), but I've been dealing with constant issues when it comes to my FNB account since late last year, such as, a randomly blocked card (with no warnings), a frozen account (again with no warnings whatsoever) and of course not being able to withdraw from my Paypal account, yup this wasn't the first time it happened and sadly I fear it won't be the last. Seriously, I don't know what's going on over at FNB these days, but it is not a well run ship ATM, y'all are absolutely failing at your one job... you know, giving your clients ease of access to their OWN money, just in case you needed reminding. I shouldn't feel lucky every time I can successfully use my bank card when trying to buy groceries for crying out loud!
