E-96 Paypal - User Cannot Access
Trying to access my PayPal account to withdraw MY funds and I get the e-96 error. Why is this happening? there's nothing wrong with my Paypal account and everything was fine last week. I now cannot even check pending transactions - i'm just locked out. I make my living using FNB and Paypal. and it's bad enough that FNB takes a 1.5 percent commission for this "service" which I am not getting.
