E-96 error AGAIN, as happens every few months, so I can't access PayPal funds
Once again, sigh, I am getting an E-96 error where I am not allowed to access PayPal. This happens every 3 months or so and everything was working fine yesterday.
My account IS linked and NOTHING has changed since I last used the service. I tried to contact you via the Chat option but that so-called service is not working either.
Your error msg at the top of the screen says I don't have access; would it not be more truthful to say that the service is down on your side.
The result of this is that I don't get paid and can't access MY money.
Come on, FNB, it's not rocket science.

15 May 2023, 10:50Update: So, now PayPal has been restored but there's an "Oops. Try again later" error so I STILL can't withdraw money. Clearly, system changes have been made and the interface is diffferent too but IT DOESN'T WORK!
