(E-694) Id Exists,check Existing Prof - *** is that??

Tried setting up a paypal connection with FNB because apparently that's the only real way me, as a South African, can properly link my paypal account to my actual bank account. I fill in the details and everything, and as I confirm I get this utterly bizarre error of '(E-694) Id Exists,check Existing Prof.' From googling and researching, it seems this error comes about due to already having an existing FNB account. Issue is, I have never in my god damn LIFE ever used FNB, so unless some previous incarnation of me from a past life in Victorian England just really liked FNB for some reason, this error makes absolutely no sense. I've searched around, no one seems to have a solid conclusion, and any actual answers seem to be blocked behind a private message on other reviews on this very website. So, it seems all roads lead to Hello Peter. Fun. I don't really much other choice here, except to write my own review, and hope it leads to something.
