(E-694) Id Exists,check Existing Prof

So a few days ago I tried to create a PayPal account and I encountered a problem. When I opened up an Online banking profile via NON-FNB Customers. I came across "(E-694) Id Exists,check Existing Prof" as I was filling up the application form. My plea is that is there anyone that can assist me with this problem. Years ago I had opened up an FNB BANK ACCOUNT, but I didn't make use of it. So I was wondering if it's the case that's hindering me, with going through the next part of the form.
