E-64726 - Solbank relationship already exist (Paypal for Non-FNB users)

I have been struggling for the past month to register my Paypal account as a non-FNB user, this has been troublesome, as each time I try they say a 'solbank relationship already exist', not only does this waste time but I can't register my account, this uses up usernames. What can I do to get this account registerd?

I do trust that with assistance from their department this can be rectified, just wish that something so easy to do online, wouldn't prove so difficult/impossible to actually do.
