"E-64726, sol bankit relationship already present."

have been getting this error : "E-64726, sol bankit relationship already present." Everytime I retry it says the username I tried with has been taken, its taken 5 usernames already, FNB must be broken if it does this because it didn't validate my account but marked the usernames as taken??? What type of system is that, I went to the bank and was met with blank faces, this is extremely annoying. I am trying to register a non FNB account but it seems like my details are locked and when I try to rectify it, it wants details (For an account, witch I dont have due to not banking with FNB). So, It seems like my ID is linked to a not fully made account and it keeps asking me to choose a new username, it seems really broken to me as I cant use one (That worked a few seconds before retrying) Tireless, TirelessTom, TheTireless, TheTirelessTom and TirelessThomas are all marked as taken when they where all only semi completed with my ID, Please help
