E-3 ERROR WHILE REGISTERING FOR ONLINE BANKING

This one star is not even deserving to the bank. I made a query regarding opening an online account for PayPal they send back a system response saying they will get back to me within 48h. Its been well over that and still no communication from them. This is beyond bad service .5p
