E-3 error when registering as a non banker

I am struggling to register with online banking as a non FNB banker for PayPal. I keep on getting an E-3 error about the information i keyed in, I called in twice but still no assistance. Even sent a msg on tweeter but still nothing is happening. This is so frustrating because Fnb is the only way I can go through to link my acc to Paypal
