(E-104129) Hard Hold on Account FNB PAYPAL

The only reason I gave a one-star-rating is because I have to in order to write a review, and most definitely not because they are worthy of any star at all. I am self employed and conduct all of my business with international clients. The only way I have access to my money is via FNB as it is (unfortunately) the only bank that deals with PayPal. It has been a frustrating process (to say the least) to set up and link my PayPal account to my FNB account and now, all of a sudden I get an (E-104129) Hard Hold on Account FNB PAYPAL message!!!! I have NO WAY to access my hard earned money and received absolutely NO RESPONSE from the contact center (those guys must be EXTREMELY busy for me to be on hold for 40 minutes - I gave up at that point). As soon as other banks catch up and offer PayPal services I'm jumping ship! This is just a disgraceful service and I need this fixed TODAY.
