(E-104129) Hard Hold on Account FNB PAYPAL

I've spent a few weeks trying to connect my PayPal to FNB online banking so that I can withdraw to my Capitec, and finally got everything verified, but when I tried to withdraw, it said that my account was under a Hard Hold. Then when I tried to phone the PayPal division of FNB, the answering machine said they're closed (which didn't agree with the times), and when I tried to phone the main customer care, there was no one in place to take my call.

This is really upsetting, because I spent weeks verifying everything where it should've taken 'a few clicks' because the site wasn't even functioning properly. I also noticed that I'm not the only one with this issue.
