(E-104129) Hard Hold on Account FNB PAYPAL

I have been unable to withdraw from my Paypal into my FNB account for the second time, there has been no response both times from the FNB Paypal Enquiries email address, nor the phone service, which are apparently the only places with the mandate to get this issue resolved, from chatting with the FNB representative on the app. This is unbelievable service considering it has been a recurring problem with many clients of FNB. Do something about this!
