E-104129 Hard Hold on Account

I am so frustrated with FNB. I am getting an error (E-104129), Hard Hold on account when I try to withdraw money from PayPal to FNB. I have been trying to get hold of FNB Paypal ***) for 3 days now and there is no answer on their end. I have also emailed FNB regarding this issue and I have had no feedback. I am needing this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
