(E-104129) Hard Hold on Account

I’ve been back and forth in and out of FNB for the past week and I just keep getting redirected when I try online... I’ve been patient over and over and over and over and over... I’m having a massive issue regarding transferring my PayPal money to my FNB account as I do EVERY month, nothing has changed, I haven’t changed anything or done anything differently yet on the 15th of this month I went online to transfer my funds and was hit with a (E-104129) Hard Hold On Account... This is my monthly income that I use to take care of myself and family, I really don’t need this and I’ve worked really hard for what I’ve earned... The only reason I’m here now is because I’ve finally had enough of being redirected and sent here and there... The fact that I get sent here and there and get transferred here and there just tells me that no one knows how to take care of this which is sad since it’s surely part of the job?... But anyway... I’m really trying to regain my patience so if posting here helps and maybe someone can reply or if FNB can help me... I’d GREATLY appreciate it...
