E-104129 Hard Hold On Account
I have a verified South African bank account and a verified PayPal account. When I attempt to transfer money from PayPal to my SA account (Absa) on the FNB banking website I get a message "E-104129 Hard Hold On Account." I would appreciate FNB's assistance with this matter.
