(E-104129) Hard Hold on Account

I have been experiencing a problem with withdrawing my PayPal funds from the FNB online banking service. An error which states: (E-104129) Hard Hold on Account appears. Earlier during the week I consulted my bank (ABSA) at their branch and found nothing wrong with my account, I was completetly cleared. I realised there are other people who have been experiencing this exact same problem since 2019. This indicates that despite constant reviews of the SAME proplem customers are getting, there is yet a solution coming from the FNB side. A respond would be much appreciated, hopefully one with an actual solution and not words stating "we're sorry," thanks.
