Dynamic Life Cover

I had my Home Loan approved by FNB (great news for me). I was also very interested into their Mortgage Protection Plan. The consultant advised that since it was not a condition for the home loan, then I should go for the Dynamic Home Loan cover plan. Then I was transferred to the "right" department, with the phone number ***. I now speak to a new consultant who the transfers me to a another department with *** this time. The consultant on the previous number transferred me to ***. And I kept being transferred from sales to sales, over 7 times within the same phone call for almost 45 mins for a product. Some consultants never took their time to even listen to me after I said Dynamic Life Cover, they just transferred me. Please FNB Life, update you staff about your products. It is not fun to be transferred LITERALLY in circles back to the same number multiple time. I have to mention that I sent mails to *** then *** with no response. It is a really bad service for on the Insurance department.
