I would just like to give my compliments to the outstanding consultant in Dwayne van Rooyen, FNB Wilkoppies. He has been an amazing help to my problem with FNB. I had a complaint that no one was willing to take on, and he made it his own and partially resolved it with the promise of keeping me in touch with the full resolution. Dwayne has bestowed a feeling of trust onto me, that as a new customer of FNB I had no hope for. This guy surely deserves a raise and the praise of a job well done
