Duplication of Accounts on Credit Record

Good day

My credit records with Trasunion/Experian and Compuscan is showing that I have 4 loans with FNB

This loan - ********** 702982 has not been updated since 2015 but is still showing on my credit report, this loan has also been converted into a debt recovery loan - see new reference ********** 097989

This particular loan as well - ********** 662062 has been converted into a debt recovery account and now with reference - ********** 593885

Is this not a duplication or is this how it should be, cause now my credit record is showing me 4 loans whereas I only have 2, is this another way that FNB is ensuring that some of us never ever get loans from banks. FNB was also informed that I was unemployed at teh time that I could not pay back these monies, currently, I am self employed
