Duplication of accounts and leaving others opened after they were closed

I have been with the bank since I started working in 2010. To date they only offer R300 000 loans but when it's time for me to buy a house they decline. All the loans with them were paid up before time and I'm left with their overdraft which I was not allowed to close their account even when I offered to pay it as a loan. Imagine having two bank accounts charged monthly, we are ****med here. Recently trying to buy a house I realized the credit card is opened and other accounts I don't know of. I need it sorted asap. Credit card shows I pay R100 monthly which I don't even have. For such a big bank , they need to sort it. I am not afraid to sue them anyday.
