Duplicated Transactions

I would never advise anyone to bank at FNB, their service chat agents are either useless or well trained to run you around. Their virtual card transactions are mostly duplicated and when you ask for a list of all virtual card transactions, the run around begins. They have a lovely spot called "outstanding debit card authorisations" not the "pending" transactions, you will never get a list of those even if it is to prompt your merchants to bank. That is where all duplicated transactions are placed and never reveresed. I hate this bank.
