Duplicated transaction

The transaction for CheckersSixty for the 3/10/2021 for an amount of R257 was supposed to be reversed and processed as R247 once “shopping” was completed. Both transactions have gone off my Virtual credit card when the R257 was supposed to be reversed by the bank. I can’t log a dispute as the Virtual card does not appear as an option to select. I cannot complete the dispute as I do not have printing facilities nor do I work at the office. FNB’s inability to simplify my request is stressing and displeasing.
