Duplicated Temporary Loan records with credit bureaus

I am so angry at FNB, I lost a lifetime opportunity to own a house because of them. I took a temporary loan of 30 days and obviously got paid up when I got paid in January but they somehow duplicated account with credit bureaus and now one account is paid up and another with same information reflect as if its not paid up and as if I have an instalment of R4534 AND NOW IT REFLECT BAD ON MY CRDIT PROFILE.
