DUPLICATED INSTALLMENT

Can't believe I'm yet here again with this bank about a similar issue, I took out a loan sometime in nov/December which I was able to pay of way ahead of time. I made my last payment on the 19th of this month of R2155, and later paid R56 which was my interest that month. I now look at my cheque account, I see a deduction of R1368 which is the installment amount which shouldn't be because the loan has been paid off. I need these funds back into my account ASAP, I need to make my monthly payments by tomorrow. Fix this !! I am still in the United states ,and can't take calls unless called on my US number. I really don't want this to be a repeat of my last issue which dragged on for 2 months before everything was resolved
