Duplicate Tramsactions and missing money
Theres duplicate transactions on my credit card amouting to more then 5k which pits my account in a minus. I transffered 17k into my card yesterday, where my balance is only 12k, yet only 6k was available. Where did the other money go? I need this recified asap. Your secure chat is useless!! This reminds me why I left Fnb in the first place, maybe its time to move again!

04 Dec 2025, 09:24Yesterday 03.12.2025 I called again to follow up on the pending transaction still stuck on my credit card. Transactions that's duplicated and that as gone off already. I need a resolution today!!! The total amounts to R3999.95 that should be released as those transactions has been banked by the merchant already on 26 November2025. Please release those today as I cannot put petrol in my car, my daughter doesn't have taxi fair to work . My limit on my card is R12546.19, I was overdue with R4k, I transferred R17000 into the card only to have 8739 available - the rest is stuck in pending which are duplicate transactions as its paid for already. Please fix this today or I will call your head office so that someone knows what is going on our people's accounts.
