Duplicate Payments
I made an EFT payment to Multichoice 7th February 2016 and a duplicate payment was processed on 9th February according to Multichoice. For this reason I was informed that I only needed to pay R44.20 which I did, but now I have been suspended because I need to pay for March 2016. I need to know why this happened?
