Duplicate payment

A payment in amount of R2040.00 was duplicated on the 04th March 2026 when using my virtual card.I require an immediate refund !My contact number is ***.Leona Niemack.Your agent advised that FNB is aware of this problem ,why havent you refunded me YET!!!
