DUPLICATE DEBIT ORDERS

On this day the 20 of August 2020 i went to an FNB branch in Welkom to query 3 debit orders on my account which debited twice instead of once.... the response i received from bank was unsatisfactory saying they can only do the reversal in 14 days... i cannot wait for the stated 14 days as i have obligations that i have to honor
