Duplicate Credit Card Transactions

Downgraded my account from Private Clients to Premier, due to the lack of service received from my private and, not to mention, the frequent changes in private bankers. The downgrade resulted in my CC transactions being duplicated, one of which was just over R16k. I spent the past two weeks trying to get this resolved and, after numerous calls, secure chat messages and emails the matter has still not been resolved.
