Dudu dropped the line!

I was called by an agent who assisted me politely and transferred me to the Personal Loans. I was on hold for 15 mins and the call was answered by Dudu who decided to drop line and not even try assist me with my Query. I have been with this bank for quite some time and this is not the customer service I expect from this institution. Utterly disappointed!
