Dubious Transaction History

I am only sending my complaint here because the Private Banker thing is a **** really.

Something seems off on my account transactions. I will give a detailed explanation hoping that whoever reviews this reads it and not want me to repeat my account over and over.

Firstly, There are multiple duplicate transactions in my credit account. I have logged a dispute query about this.

Secondly and this is my cause for concern, the amounts being deducted per transaction do not seem to tally up. Explanation below: - 31 Jan @1825 - i made a purchase at Nandos for R 287 Balance was R 4540 - 01 Feb @ 1129 - i made a purchase at ComputaMania for R 1799 Balance was R 1875 My calculation says balance should have been R 2741 - 01 Feb @ 1159 - I made a purchase at ToysRus for 333.90 -02 Feb @ 1111 - I made a purchase at Spar for R 208.00 - 02 Feb @ 1114 - I made a purchase at Tops for R 494.94 In between these transactions, I might have made 2 -3 smaller transactions of less than 100 each hence i have not explicitly accounted for them.

Suddenly my balance R 749 and this does not make sense. Within all margins of error i think my balance should be between R 1500 and R 1700. Something is not right here.
