DSV/ FNB

Your delivery service of expired cards are concerning me. When DSV originally contacted me to arrange the delivery of my card I was very concerned that they had absolutely no detail about me. I was not comfortable sharing my details as I expected FNB to at least provide them with the delivery address on record. I have escalated and was assured by the FNB call centre manager that DSV will contact me again to arrange the delivery. Since then no contact from DSV. I had to phone them this morning and requested for a branch delivery to which I was told a R100 delivery fee is attached but free to my home address. Really FNB? I expected a smooth service same as when my previous card was delivered.... ref:Your delivery service of expired cards are concerning me.
