dsv couriers absolutely hopeless

This is not a complaint about first national bank its about the couriers they use called dsv who are absolutely hopeless i have been waiting two weeks for my card to be delivered i went to fnb yesterday was on the phone for ten minutes with them they said card would be delivered today and nothing ....
