May you please stop using DSV as a delivery service for our cards. Today they sent me a message that the driver is on the way. I then had all 3 numbers that I had provided them infront of me, to ensure I don't miss the delivery. An SMS came that they have arrived. 15min later i decided to call them because I was not seeing anyone still. I have not received my card, even after calling them and explaining my story. I had a same experience with another card a few months back, which was also not delivered. I was then told to get it at the branch. Either there is a delivery service or not, in future I will opt to get the card from the branch, rather than waste my time with lies.
