Drops call constantly and useless customer service
I have been phoning the personal department and the call has dropped 20 times. Its 2022 how the **** is this still possible.

I got through after 30th dropped call, I called other numbers to be transferred and it would still drop.
I just wanted to manually pay for my personal loan and not be penalised for non debit order payment. I paid the due amount day before deduction was due and the person who picked up cancelled the debit order so that I can make a manual payment.
So my issue has been resolved. I got the banking details via an sms as well as the account payable is a Public recipient. I just wanted to leave this response for anyone who may need it.
FNB was very quick to assist with this review of personal loans department. This is the only section of FNB I leave this review for, other services I have been happy with and helped more quickly. The banker chat is especially convenient and helpful.
