Dropping of the call

Good day FNB Customer care,

Please do something about your agents attitude, in normal principles it is considered rude to drop your client(s) calls.

I have waited long enough in the queue to be dropped like a bag of potatoes.
I simply asked a question that Ms/Miss Phindile could/did not answer.

What happen to common courtesy or luck there off.

I called at 09h24 today the 08th Dec 2015, the calls are recorded, if not then I have the call.
Are the FNB monthly cheque statements delayed for December 2015 in general not particular to me? It is a yes or no question not cut the call answer.

Message to Phindile, try and act like you value your job. do not sound like you being forced to do it. it is disappointing as you are costing me money and time as I now have to call again and join the queue just for a simple statement issue.

Regards
