Dropped calls from card collections but card not in arrears

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>i am receiving calls from your card collections department but they hang up before speaking to me. Why am I receiving these calls? My card is not in arrears and there should be a recorded phone call where I moved my due date to the end of every month commencing in march. Over and above that, I pay my instalment every month when I receive my salary so there is no need for your collections department to be contacting me at all. Please advise as to why my account is even in collections as it is not in arrears and having an account in collections affects my credit record. Kindly refer to your recorded phone calls where the due date was moved. </p>
