Dropped cal from a homeloan call agent

Hi, i used the secure chat to request that my interest rate be fixed on my homeloan. Was advised after connecting to 2 chat agents to call *** then waited forever and eventually connected to an agent...the agent greeted and dropped the call and yes i had enough airtime, infact its used so much of it too to have the call dropped in my ear!!
