DREADFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE YET AGAIN

Here we go again. Sitting on my money over the weekend which i am desperate for. They fail to ask the right questions from the outset which means everything gets delayed longer than it needs too. Resulting in me getting an question for details just before they close at 5pm. I can honestly say that i have never dealt with such chaos in a business. You never get the same person from one email to the next so the cycle starts again everytime. It really is Apalling and causes me so much stress. DO NOT use this bank it can seriously mess with your head
