Drawing money at ATM - RMB has no security requirements

I was under the mistaken impression that this is some kind of an exclusive bank account. Service has been terrible. In fact this bank is busy with many ******* activities which I do not intend mentioning here now.

I do however know that bank data is quote sensitive. I enter my fancy black RMB card into an ATM machine. Type in my password, and mistakenly enter cheque (I actually have a cheque account). No problem, I hear the money being counted in the background.

I am just flabbergasted that the correct security protocols are not in place and wonder what the "*********" out there know and need to actually empty our bank accounts. Maybe, just maybe Mariette at ********** will now be willing to meet in person and actually talk.

The shocker is that not a single person will assist you with this in the bank and merely say sorry.

I think it's time RMB / FNB is taken to task.

I'll post another "issue" for the bank next week, which it might have to seriously and urgently deal with. Can't wait.
