DRAMATIC, DISGUSTING SERVICE FROM FNB AND THEIR SUB CONTRACTORS CCD COURIERS

Here I am applying for a Premier Card online and PROMISED by FNB that they actually can deliver the card free of charge to me... DID I MENTION FREE..... I GUESS WITH FREE THINGS YOU ENCOUNTER WHAT I HAVE GONE THROUGH EARLY THIS AFTERNOON...... DRAMA, DISGUSTING EGOCENTRIC YET CHILDISH, VERY RACIAL EXPERIENCE I MUST SAY.....

My Premier card at the allocated address with so much unnecessary drama and least to say abuse coming from someone who is supposed to be offering genuine and professional customer service to your clients at CCD couriers and First National Bank.

I received an SMS at 11:36am notifying me on the delays of the delivery and I immediately called your office several times trying to find out when else are they able to deliver as I also have my own work commitments for the day and had planned to leave the office around 12pm for my appointments.

I got to a few of your call centre agents and again several times the phone just cut and had to call back, finally I spoke to a lady who assured me the driver should be delivering in 5 minutes, she asked to me to wait at the gate and I told her right away that I will not do that as I am busy trying to get myself ready he will need to sign in and deliver the card as I also need to issue him my ID which in this case is a confidential document, I cannot be seen whipping it out on the streets.

He finally rocks up, 10 minutes later after I spoke to the lady and he calls me(12:13pm), I pick up the phone and he is ordering me to come collect my package at the gate…

Now here is where the whole delivery went sour.. This guy tells me he is told I am leaving and he doesn’t understand why I can’t come to the gate, with all the crimes and women abuse that take place in this country why would I want to risk my life by attending to such a critical and confidential delivery outside the premises of delivery?

Why do I have to meet with him at the gate when it is also his duty to deliver to the given address?

He is in an unbranded car with nothing that shows or confirms that indeed he is from CCD or FNB which is also a red flag on my side and I can’t even risk getting out of the premises to meet with him.
I’m not even sure if indeed this card is legit as he told my Supervisor who came to the scene to calm the situation down that if I don’t sign the delivery letter my card won’t work, does he have power to deactivate my card? I didn’t quite understand that…
Also considering that he didn’t need my ID, how does he even now verify that he delivered to the correct person?
Your delivery sheet also has a lot of confidential information on it, my personal information about a private account number, this is also a red flag to me right now…

Not only this, he does come in and starts yelling at me that I must not shout at him and he is just here to give me my card and nothing else, like I was expecting anything else from him.
I hand him my ID, he tells me in a very arrogant tone that he does need my ID, he gives me the delivery sheet and we are now back chatting to a point where he wanted to get out of his car I don’t know wanting to be physical with me or what??

He then decides he is going to reverse and leave with my card, I immediately instructed the security not to open for him and that’s when I called your office…

Now you need to understand that all this is happening at the same time when I supposed to have left the office for my serious appointment with high end clients who are will be subjected to wait for me when I am busy with Ntokozo’s rude, unprofessional, egocentric, bully and arrogant fiasco....

For a reputible company like FNB you ensure that you employ proper service providers with proper customer service.....

Im highly disappointed, on what would have been my first day as a PREMIER BANKING CLIENT AND A LOYAL FNB CUSTOMER I HAD TO ENCOUNTER SUCH UNBECOMING BEHAVIOUR

Had a the option to choose 0 star I should have!!!!!!!
