Dragging their feet with 0 interest(pun intended} in customer service

I am having endless issues that don't seem to be resolved and it's now in its 5th month. My account number is *** and I have a consolidated loan with FNB. I have been trying to sell one of my properties and I everything has been paid including COC, Transfers, clearance but FNB is not giving the seller cancelation figures which we have been requesting for the past month. It's like no one knows what to do and now the buyer wants to cancel the deal. How am I supposed to get money to pay all these costs as lawyers have done their work and needs to be paid for it? The service is just poor and customers interests is just not a priority, I am extremely disappointed as this bank was supposed to make life easy, ke shapo shem.
